He is not going to take any bs and his standard answer when tenants bring up their "story" is to tell them to "file an appeal.....judgement for the plaintiff"I would go after them for for non payment of rent as the burden is on them to prove they have paid.

A few weeks ago he emailed me and said that we were unexpectedly going to be receiving a $3000 payout for an eviction judgement from 2017. 

Even though the landlord is awarded judgement and the tenant is supposed to leave, they never do.

With two jobs and extreme heat or rain, we are just not going to make it. 

Now if you were to move money from Series A to parent and down to Series B, a lawsuit can say they are linked and might get a judgement against both. 

Once the foreclosure judgement is put into action, is there any kind of redemption period?

I got a judgement but the judge gave them until the end of October to leave.

Also, are summary judgements of possession legal in Georgia and/or Douglas County?
