@Brooks Nicholson Yeah I actually found out about the meet up app on here and there’s a 3 day boot camp coming up in November in Huntsville (Alabama) and I’m super excited to be around and meet new investors and discuss and and learn.

@Kwun HoAnother newly developed app that I am using is Avail.co. it's great for one or even 50+ properties as it streamlines a lot of the process, even property maintenance between you and the tenant(s).

Hey Daniel,I'm in the city- But with my business that's my full-time endeavor (and my RE investments), we use an app called PaySimple. 

It would have been able to see on my loan app that my monthly rent is $1500.

My 3rd warranty backed iPhone 6s still works good for my needs.... haha.
