Training board member's is just not in my niche.If you have a bent toward education or someone on your team, you will be an invaluable part of every association you manage.  

We are thinking of purchasing a new home or townhome in Florida and renting out our current home in Maryland. 

In my case it's closer to the end of the 1yr lease term which runs until April.

We are in Lake Balboa in the City of LA.I'm considering giving my landlord an offer to buy before we move.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.
