Some people have given you incorrect advice - some don't even know their own local laws, let alone your cities.

I went in front of the board with several different arguments showing the assessment was incorrect.  

Am I calculating something incorrectly or is this just one of those deals that flows cash well but tax advantages aren't great?

I take some responsibility because when I saw little signs like high costs for Maintenance items, incorrect billing, etc...

Large companies billed incorrectly and overcharged for years. 

That seems incorrect to me, since they are part of a realestate activity of managing or operating realestate?

You know what county they're in, correct? 

Same thing happens here, whether it’s someone with a bad idea or someone else giving incorrect advice—those of us who have been around the block can help prevent disaster or at least help improve the result. 

Don't let the stigma of incorrect information about the state or the people influence your decision to invest here.
