So far, 28 states have implemented right to work laws.

Is this change reasonable, and how do I implement it?

I have been putting off implementation in both of those areas because I just don't know enough.  

I think it's great at the beginning to do things yourself in order to make additional money to move quicker and have the knowledge to implement better systems.

As my favorite derelict who used to hang around my old warehouse from the neighborhood used to say, “What had happened was was”……contractor turned out to be an incompetent, window-licking muppet, largest tenant moved out, rent declined for 2 months, my part time help all got hired away, and because I had the stupid idea that it would be easier to get all the work done myself and then go chill, I promptly burned myself out.This was accomplished by not much other than sheer willpower, and the lack of ability to delegate, implement systems, and the small fact that with 3 tenant suites added on top of my semi-ambitious-yet-I-Think-I-Can-make-it-work construction budget, my wallet became a small furry doe-eyed creature dropped into a pit of vipers.

develop a sound strategy and implement it, correct the mistakes (try and keep them small ones) and continue.there's one thing that i think is great about educational real estate seminars, books, etc...they do help the beginner understand some of the mistakes they made and just may keep you from making the same ones.

The Spokane City Council will also be considering the implementation of new, more restrictive landlord/tenant ordinances including prohibiting "discrimination" by payor class, mandatory acceptance of the first qualified tenant, rental property inspections and other new rules.  

The reason i am unemployed right now is that i cannot walk and luckily Iam married t a computer programmer that can support me and our daughter that goes to the University of Arkansas without going into any long term debt.  

Not surprisingly, many people I think that successfully has done tax sales often have a good system that they can implement at a large scale.
