This may have an obvious answer, so please excuse me if it has been answered.I am interested in compiling the name and address of property sellers, ideally daily.Is there a simple way to get a list of sellers and their names on one site? 

It's still developing and is filled with young couples and military families who would be your ideal renters.

The narrow property is semi-ideal to build an ADU with posterior access to a cul-de-sac.

Ideally looking for something value-priced that needs some work but open to all options.

This would be ideal as I know how long it could take to find another home.

I was curious what the experts thought about maybe purchasing another home with a 30k down payment instead of going this route or putting this off until its ideal to.

Ideally, I'd like to pursue a mixture to create a balanced portfolio.I'm very interested to hear insights from others who have invested in these areas. 

Off-market of course ideal.Financing wise, i'll be using NACA so an agent that is familiar with their requirements would be ideal but at the end of the day, finding the right property is top priority.  

I am in the same boat looking to buy multifmily investment property in North Jersey ideally 10+ units.
