While it's not a huge data sample, we haven't had any issues with crime...well i guess one time someone vandalized one of garage doors (in a pretty nice area actually)...nothing earth shattering.

It may require more time on your part, but you will likely save money and learn much more in the process.

The process is very straight forward.  

Go through the process again...on paper.  1 - Cash in2 - REFI out3 - ...etc....How much do you actually spend?
