I have heard from people who attended the Best Ever Conference that it is an awesome event but is geared toward higher level investing (experienced investors, mid-larger multi's, syndications), if you were going to a bigger event, I would recommend the BiggerPockets one to be more beginner friendly.Disclaimer: Still, this is all just my opinion from my experience and from what I hear talking to other investors, I haven't personally attended a large event yet. lol So take my advice with a grain of salt.Best of luck either way!

They kids have drawn on the new white soft close cabinets with green marker and I counted at lease 8 other places they have been drawling on the walls. the floors have food and crumbs all over the place. empty mountain dew bottles and wrappers are all over the house.

We live in a house on some acreage (paying $520/mo on a 20 year mortgage), raising chickens and planting veggies for our food. 

For example, on a typical persons budget, the biggest cost expenditures are housing, transportation, and food.
