We're headed out east in the next couple of weeks and I'm wondering if anyone in Ottawa has any recommendations for an investor friendly agent that I could chat to?

My biggest piece of advice is to focus on properties that sleep a max of 3 people. 

A friend of mine who is selling on Amazon, needs a warehouse because his business is growing.

You'll find a wealth of ideas.Attend a local REIA, post it on the BP marketplace, raise money from friends and family, take out a HELOC on your primary, find a local hard money lender, crowd fund it online...the list goes on...

We also make sure to invest in markets/states that have landlord-friendly laws, and low taxes.
