.....you might also  ask the  lender / person for a  formal  " payoff "   statement or   figure to  see  what  comments they  provide to you ...you might also   try to get a  copy of the  current title  pulled  via a  title  compnay  so  your  attorney can  review  the  present data / vesting / liens
