I got a bit of a bad feeling when I suggested waiting a year to have the ceilings scraped and she said, "It's best to do them now, before having the flooring replaced, because *something* always gets messed up when ceilings are scraped."

Hello, what started out as initially looking into self storage facilities moved faster than anticipated and I now have a 100 unit facility with some flex space under contract.  

(Seller says that kitchen is updated, bathrooms are updated, and tile floors throughout.)

The rehab included new bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and appliances.

Hard surface floors throughout so some drywall repairs and a fresh paint with a few misc repairs. 

I would like to join the buy and hold space by starting with buying multi-family buildings (4 units starting out and hopefully bigger unit properties the more experience I gain). 

In-bound marketing funnels - not push funnels - will put you ahead of 99% of investors if you succeed in that space.

We are looking for painters, electricians, flooring, cabinets, etc!

The tongue and groove flooring was not done correctly and it starting bulking not long after I bought it.
