What might appeal to someone else might not simply not appeal to me, or worse, what someone else sees as a must-have feature I might see as a negative selling point.

Other metrics that I find valuable to understand are household income, poverty, unemployment, and educational attainment.

Why should my property taxes go up to support folks that choose not to enter an economy where the unemployment is below 3% and employers are desperate for workers especially in construction?

And Zillow has a "make me move" listing feature that's kind of like saying "coming soon" so that may be an avenue to consider as well.

In addition to state unemployment,  the federal government is giving an additional $300 per week.
