I have a fairly simple question for the landlords out there.

I am fairly new at the the whole investing game but the owner of the development firm took me under their wing and decided to walk me through the process.

I also am fairly new to the area and do not know any "trusted" realtors that you had mentioned I should have check out the house and advise what they would list it for.

I noticed that Mike does a fair amount of book promoting on the forum.

I'm going to have to take the next 5 months off to go help Democrats get elected in some competitive districts so that we can get some HONEST investigations of this bunch of crooks and liars.Please don't flame me as being a "big government, leftie liberal.
