This process took approximately 2-3 weeks.Due to some issues with the general contractor, the service application to have the meters changed over to the new system took almost three months to process and complete.

The terms are % rent appreciations for the time period (ie. 1 year %’s are the change in rents from 2015-07 to 2016-07, 2 year %’s are the change in rents from 2014-07 to 2016-07,…).  

While the location near the university was a compelling to reason to hold, the chunk of change to be made in the flip was appealing to my 20-something-year-old self.With that, I purchased yet another single family home.
