They charge a very low fee to list, however I just recently discovered they started charging a .5% Commissions when you sell, which isn't that much in the grand scheme of things.

Many people love to quote a chain of discussions on here and it makes it very difficult to find where they started talking with their addition compared to what they quoted.This is something any of you have seen if you use other forums as BP is the first forum site I've discovered where this doesn't happen.

@Randell Harris30 years age difference is not a comp unless the older home has had everything brought up to the same standards (plumbing, electrical, roof, mechanicals).

Sometimes prospective purchasers are led to believe the tenants are all under NNN lease structures, and they reimburse for all expenses only to discover later that some tenants have reimbursement exclusions, limitations, and caps specified in their lease.
