It really makes a well defined line between what is yours and what is your entity's by never having had it pass through your name directly.

I'd also like to hear the negative aspects of TK just so I have a greater idea of what I am getting myself into.

While both have defined roles and responsibilities for all parties involved, a partnership is used for an ongoing relationship where you are in collaboration for multiples deals or a series of like transactions on an ongoing basis.

You might argue that the numbers for ABNB rentals are better but to have a property that is constantly rented it will be more expensive to purchase and you need to manage much more when you have 100 - 150 tenants/year versus 1.Bottom line, and that's what's great in BP, you need to define your goals and then execute.

Really I am looking for someone with experience with renting to college kids what their most valuable aspect in a house is.
