As I understand it you need to be employed for at least 2 years to qualify for an FHA loan.I have been laid off from my job due to the corona virus and I am now collecting unemployment. 

For example, the low credit score may be due to medical collections due to a recent surgery but they're meeting every other financial obligation.You have to know how to investigate every aspect of the renter to determine a whole-person level of risk.

Too early to tell IMO but if you insist on preliminary data I am happy to share...At our largest facility, we collected $5900 on March 1st and 2nd and $6073 on April 1 and the first half of April 2....so I'd say no change based on that very small sample size. 

Honestly, with an extra $600 per week being provided now, my tenants in Philly will be able to collect up to $1200 per week.

For the record, I have 1 rental property in my portfolio and am not working on any flips until the crisis subsides.If you have rentals, are you able to collect rent from your tenants in Jacksonville, FL?

Do you collect it, take your fee( placement/monthly fee), and then give it to the owner.

I’m trying to find an attorney in the central Texas area (New Braunfels or San Antonio) who can get the judgement abstracts and pursue debt collections themselves- a packaged deal.I’m struggling to find someone.
