It may be cheaper to just lay that out over the pad, and given that it doesn't require watering, it may be an attractive option for a potential buyer - plus they can always remove it at a later date...You can get most types of turf for around $3 a square foot, which will be cheaper than removing concrete and installing turf (and likely some type of irrigation system).

Marcia Maynard I use Ashlar, and I always try to use in stock products, so if I need more, or purchased too much or need to repair it later it's not a problem, I won't use the ultra, it's too expensive, if I have to pay the ultra price I will switch to glue down planks that are quite a it cheaper, I'm ok with the $1.49 and $1.89/sf pricing

In multiple economic fronts, using dollar devaluation to make export cheaper and to cut borrowing rates, extended arm through globalization, no longer works for the USA to gain both earned and unearned income or at least have little or no effects to gain what used to be always working.
