Anyone know of any good licensed, bonded and insured contractors in my area?

Neither is the lawyer who is waiting for this determination too.Money grubbing Long Beach Unified just got their third school bond passed in the last 11 years for a total of $5 BILLION dollars.

Although ultimately I would like to grow into a smaller multi-family unit, I want to cut my investor teeth on a Medium Term rental and am looking at Tulsa OK.I have been working on setting up a plan for furnishing (this part excites me!)

For its part, the bond market is pricing in 3-6 rate cuts in 2024.

Solution is to change to that company and bond around the lien so they can sell.  

Gluing the ends of click-locks or whatever so they don't separate is entirely different, I'm talking about using glue as the thing that bonds the flooring to the sub-floor.

Make sure they are reputable companies and bonded that warrant their work.

I currently have a CPA, but he is so busy that having him answer any questions is like pulling teeth.

Overall though this was my first purchased property and doing it with my dad made it a good bonding experience.
