Is there any difference in the frequency or extent of the problem within different types of property or based on their size or their floor plans or their geographic locations?

Issaquah is a bit east from where I normally roam on the east side, but I bet you're a fan of Half Price at Crossroads.

I bet you would be one of those picky tenants that expects the land lord to buy light bulbs.

It also may be they're just at the size of deal where they're too big for small developers but too small for larger developers. 

There is no one size fits all.  

I bet the DA starts looking into the timeline up to present day.

@Josh CalcanisI've been poring through the zoning guide PDF on the City of Orlando site, and I can actually shed some light on those mother in law suites regarding zoning.I'll paste the relevant info from the PDF below, but from the looks of it, it is OK to get those small out dwelling type buildings permitted as long as you follow a couple guidelines regarding their size, the lot size, etc.22.

As a tenant I don't want my landlord right next door....I want a little more privacy than that...If you can buy it I would tear it down and just add to my property size.....or flip it and let someone else own it long term.

However it might not be the best bet for an investor...because it goes to every single door on that postal route.

The size and/or quality of the deal seem to be at stake. 2.)
