Our licensing is state-wide, so someone in the most dirt poor part of Georgia knows all about the baby loans and can help your tenant/buyer.Atlanta, GA, might be a little too "big city" for anyone there to be an expert on the small loans.

I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bathwater becuase of this.
