Chances are they are on different days and will attract different people. 

To answer your other question yes, financing in an llc for RESIDENTIAL propeties will be more difficult and not as of attractive terms, aka 30 year fixed.

Unfortunately nothing attractive yet.

The city is not worth the hassle,hi crime low life attitudes destruction of property 3am phone calls from police not for me but the low prices 30 to 60 k average makes it attractive.

Job Growth:  Look for areas that are attractive for business formation and proliferation.

What flooring is best for a rental- I don't mean cheapest or most attractive or even easiest to install- I want something that's going to last, something that is 'tenant proof' as far as damage.

It attracted my attention because it was advertising a property in the area where I grew up (about 3 hours’ drive from my house).

So the BRRR there isn't AS attractive to me.It's hard for me to imagine a market with a good employment base not at least keeping pace with inflation.  

You will not attract the best tenants.I turn away a lot of renters who contact me explain how they have the best pet, so I agree, it makes it more difficult.
