@jonicamiller I attended it as well and was pretty impressive from the audience.

Mcadam and well i ended attending a fortune builders siminar and thats when the seed was planted . i went home did some reasearch and well i found bigger pockets where i found everything that was mentioned in the siminar and much more.

Not to mention that an association wants to be prepared in the event a major loss takes place that insurance won't cover (I have one of those going on right now - $27k in mold remediation alone).  

I would also check out the podcasts and see about attending a meetup or REIA in your area. 

I plan to attend REI meetings when I get there.

From my experience as an ex financial planner, having dealt with many family related partnerships and business ventures, it is better to work out the divorce process before the event when you are all still friends than after the event when you are potential enemies.

I went to the Success Path intro event and I am thinking about going to the 3-Day workshop for $1,997.

Yeah I am trying to attend that one.
