I call on about 200-300 properties a month and use the reverse address search to get the information I need to get in contact with the owner.  

So let me address those who think we fought a civil war over "property".

So I'm addressing a primary home with a different perspective. 

On our first property, we had some electrical issues that needed to be addressed - in retrospect, we got taken for ride by the electrician - yes, he did the work correctly, thankfully - but clearly overbilled for his time and took us for over a grand more than it should have cost based on our experience subsequently.  

As a landlord I always try to help my tenants and address their issues ASAP.

It would probably be easier to task the mailman to give you some addresses they are aware of in the neighborhoods they visit every day.
