@Bella KaufWeather-- if it gets below 20 degrees, I get calls about the HVACs not working (they are, it's insanely cold), and then you have to worry about pipes freezing.. and then when it gets super hot, you similar calls about it not working again (it's working, it's hot outside!)

When I started at a large public firm, those who had their masters were not any better or worse at the job (and we all got paid the same).If you're close to the 150, I would just take a few extra business-related classes and avoid the tuition of a masters/MBA.If I wasn't close to the requirement and had to pursue an advanced degree, I would do the MBA 100% no questions asked (if the prices are similar).

I'm not sure why Airbnb would want to turn away potential guests, but I also have trouble believing they could be so successful when similar units are basically empty.Finally, I don't live next to o'hare, and I would prefer to host my STR III my neighborhood.

The house is a modest SFH in Columbus, OH suburbs....3BR ranch, 60s construction, great schools, vacant but not abandoned....probably ARV around $250 (immediate neighbors on similar lots/homes are $300-350).

If I had to guess, I would bet that the back house isn't permitted,  we have looked at a bunch of them in a similar situation and I bet 80-90% aren't permitted.Here is the thing, over the last 18-24 months, if a house is a good deal, it has multiple offers, especially if it has multiple units.
