First, the GOP has control of only one house of Congress (alas) ... thus any legislation has two more major hurdles to clear before becoming effective (Senate and President).Given the above plus the fact that Congress just passed a "major" piece of banking legislation (however flawed), I have doubts that they would pass another *Major* piece in the next Congress.Ending the Fed would be a major piece of legislation.I think Benanke and the other Fed officials will catch more flak from Ron Paul but won't face any major challenges.

Despite your affirmation of your intent to disclose and in the event the seller elects NOT to have independant representation, the fact that you have expert status and the resources pinned against a seller gives you an unfair advantage despite having disclosed.

I thought it was a typical sell for a "system"( where they come across as " You don't have the time to figure it out so we do it for you")- this time for how to use your rental as a investment for AirB&B-and it was interesting that Jane Garvey, who is president of the association, had insisted Duncan include a 30 Day money back guarantee in his slide show.

The tide would go out on the 11th hour member-add when the LLC filed as a single-member disregarded entity on their taxes the previous year(s), or had to disclose how they elected to be viewed by the IRS I would think.
