In terms of the broader industry structure, I believe residential appraisers are primarily practicing out of local firms rather than from regional or national platforms.

A Sponsor that has a CRE services platform will have a solid reputation with brokers, sellers, financial partners and managers in the markets in which they invest and they will leverage those relationships for efficiencies and deal sourcing.

Hi @Avi Levi, the most important point is researching both markets using the real estate platforms out there and talking with separate individuals.
