Then you will spend the next $20,000 in legal fees trying to explain to the jury that you did not know they were mentally ill and should not be entering into contracts.Please do not tell me you are paying so far below market value that it will be worth the legal fees.To me, the only way this could be worth fighting over is if you were needing the property for an assemblage.Also you mentioned kids.
