I do not Karen, although I have generated in house forms with Lowes product codes and items along with costs for ease of ordering and Home Depot is coming out with this for rehab investors.Creating checklists and forms are helpful, but have never used any software.

And those that go out of their way the most (working extra hours, taking on extra tasks, etc) get rewarded the most.I'll do anything from hand them extra cash to give them a Home Depot gift card to give them a gift certificate to a nice restaurant.
