dude, we're building our first duplex and are saving $7000 by NOT using HVAC.

I would like to be able to occupy the property for 1 week every 4-6 months, which they agree to (with enough notice on dates) as they have to travel for work at times and could easily vacate during these periods.Has anyone written this sort of agreement into a lease?

Or, any suggestions on specific companies to use? 

I am a new landlord in Los Angeles and I'm curious on any lease templates or lease generators that people may be using.

I purchased this home with the intent to retire here but I no longer wish to do that.

I would say 80% of homes at inspection have some evidence of insect or rodent droppings somewhere.The way I am reading what you are writing is that this is not a mold problem.
