Maybe you are using the app from an Apple device rather than using the website via a web browser; if that is the case, you can do those things using Safari.

LOL is my experience just like your saying.. totally agree about fico score though irrelevant in Section 8.. you do want to see if they are current on cell phone and utls if not then its a hard pass..

Someday I'll add conditional formatting to cells so anything that is overbudget by x amount or x percent will automatically color code the cell red.
