So in conclusion, you should use the BRRRR method as youll be able to purchase more properties creating a higher cash flow. 

We use an umbrella coverage as our primary method of asset protection.

There’s not a lot you can do on your own without much knowledge on different backlink acquisition methods, unfortunately.

@Jenna Herr I actually took the method you are referencing to an extreme on my first property.  

I've always struggled with task management/to-do lists and I've been bouncing back and forth with different methods for years.

Obviously the BRRRR method is what we are leaning towards.

I am a newbie investor and I am looking for recommendations for electronic payment methods to implement for my tenants to pay rent.

This would eliminate the rental part of the method and I would cash out refi for a down payment for an investment property.

I am currently in Fredericksburg VA, and I really want to get into the BRRRR method and have rentals and cash flow.
