I managed to receive the title from the park and will work with the DMV to have a clean title under my name. ill try hard to convince the MH resident to leave before the park evicts him, even though he is obviously avoiding me.

Unfortunately I think a lot of the stigma of alternative asset SD IRAs not being allowed, or even being illegal, has come from professionals (CPAs, Attorneys) who are also ill informed about the concept, and immediately jump to the conclusions. 

Are recovering alcoholics, drug addicts and those with co-occurring mental illness really handicapped?

We have LONG term disability in case of a major injury/ illness.

Our objective is to minimize standard walking/ movement not sure the extent foot steps have on joist and transmitting down the walls.
