From my comfy armchair, I can see how today’s situation in Kiev - far enough removed from the war areas, and being the economic and cultural center - could be attractive to those who know their way around the local bureaucracy to not have to pay an “overhead” under the table at every turn.I can see how the deeply devalued Ukrainian currency can make the purchase potentially even more attractive.

I met with a mortgage originator at one of the large bank in Minnesota today who told me that a transfer of a property under a LLC would trigger the due at sale/transfer clause.

I am going to complain to the BBB about this company if they don't get back with me today.

Are financial institutions starting to make use of the DOS clause more today than they used to or is this still a rare scenario?
