wells fargo offers the product... not terrible rates..but you need to have an existing relationship with them  as in an account history etc... at least that was required when i first looked into it a few years ago... rules might have changed now. 

Having a terrible experience with Cozy. 

With one property, that asset has 100% of the responsibility for supporting itself, but once you have other properties the likelihood of them being vacant at the same time, baring unforeseen circumstances or buying in a terrible neighborhood, having too high of rent ect, goes down.

Their post-investment communication has been terrible.  

Metro Nashville schools are absolutely terrible and I don't see nearly enough being done about the issue and I get no sense of urgency.

If the renter does leave a terrible over the top review I beleive there is a process on AirBnB to have it removed.

As part of the purchase, I ended up using their sister company REI.I would absolutely not recommend REI.I am still going through the motions with them, but the experience has been terrible.

Painting is one of those things that isn't terribly technically challenging.
