When your late pays suddenly tick way up, you know the economy or region is having some issue.I own strings of townhouses and apartments, so my renters have no toys worth selling, we except CC payments which helps a lot, but like all things they will fall off the wagon at some point, so you need to be able to float the vacancy gap with repairs while your turning units.

I started out on HomeAway/VRBO, put a listing on Airbnb that didn't really didn't draw much activity and then suddenly Airbnb blew up and I was getting a ton of inquiries in fact I only keep my original VRBO listing on the site, and all new ones have been on Airbnb because there was no upfront listing fee, the search features were better, the mobile application was better, the service and software are just better.
