@Jeff and @Jennifer, how do you charge your tenant for the application/background check without losing too much time while making the process smooth and efficient?

If you cannot find an amicable solution (and if your project went mostly smoothly), I would just pay the $300 and call it a day.

After that, mostly smooth sailing because they have good screening systems. 

It's quite difficult to get a good smooth ceiling out of a ceiling textured like this through multiple skim coats, difficult enough to make it cheaper to just rip out even an older plaster ceiling and start again, but it's pretty easy to get a broom-textured ceiling out of a ceiling formerly textured like this.Getting rid of a popcorn ceiling is a slightly different beast, and there are also multiple ways of doing that, some much more expensive than others, depending on whether the popcorn was painted or not.

I hope this seller agrees with your perspective, and that your deal goes off smoothly. 

How much profit you’re going make depends in the very beginning of the strategy “BUY” which is very important so that rest of the process goes smoothly. 

If the back wheels slide out to one side, you need to gun the engine....if you stop the vehicle will roll.

Your HML may have a company they work with frequently that will make it a smooth transition so ask.

Hi I’m using them now and actually having to make a claim through them so far it’s been a smooth easy process but we are almost to the finish and waiting for pay out so I will try and report back on how it goes!!
