Roof 25 year life span, Floors 10 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life span, bath and kitchen remodel 20 year life span,etc.

Hear that.seems like alot of cash buyers that could easily afford it in summer of 2020.running out of inventory = increasing property valueslots of space for more though... probably even enough water near the mountains

@Chris Herrera hypothetically, if it's joint utilities, would I (the landlord) pay the entire water and gas bill and split the electric bill with the tenant?

So I’m not from Texas and never heard of watering the foundation before.

The property's sewer/water/trash bill comes in Quarterly from the borough it's in and the account is tied to the house. 

It's the last area by the water to jump in home values (Canton, Fells, Fed Hill, Locust Point, etc.).

When my husband and I went for an initial inspection to see what needed to be fixed, we found the grass was completely dead and not watered in the hottest months (several evidences to support this).

Water is not metered separately, so I either have to add sub meters and hope I get paid or just pay for it myself which seems unwise.Hope this finds everyone well - thanks in advance for the conversation.

Moving forward spend a lot of time looking up HVAC system, roof, water heaters etc.
