Wanted to share an update on the progress that my partner and I have made since my first post.

Its been a year @Joshua Dorkin , can you give us an update on the progress?

I think what I will do is get a letter from the home inspector saying it is salvagable, have neighbors sign a petition to keep it, and attend the environmental hearings and show progress on the work.

Our investment progress was slowed recently due to a three year overseas professional assignment. 

Rehab is currently in progress but is mostly demo work at this point.

We have our first flip in South Philly in progress and would like to post the numbers/project after the resale is complete.

Here is my story and I will keep adding as I progress (hopefully before the next tax season).When I got started with my first rental (a duplex) I set up a very basic system.
