Personally, I love anything by Robert Kiyosaki, with "Rich Dad Poor Dad" being the first of his books that I read.

It will probably only get used during the winter. and I can see some maintenance issues too with all that moisture inside it would be easy to get mildew or mold growth started if it is not maintained properly and often. also it is traditional to follow up your time in the sauna with a dive into a nice cold lake (or pool), or at least you might want to have a cold outdoor shower nearby. personally I would spend my money on something like a hot tub before I bought a sauna.

Personally, I do not believe these fees are in the best interest of the owner and we do not charge mark ups on maintenance.

I am starting a new journey in the mobile home niche I eventually want to write my own notes (shout out to lonnie) but would like to gather cash and I feel the best step to this is to do wholesaling.

Personally, I would give them notice of termination and start fresh with a new renter that I've personally selected, using my lease, at my rent rate.

We also try to identify hot prospects in areas subject to waitlists for those that intend to personally utilize the property for vacation usages or rent mid term (30+ days) until a permit can be secured.

Not sure how you feel about living around others but a 2-4 unit would be a great investment but also a great way to learn about real estate investing and which direction you'd like to go with moving forward.
