It's a ranch with very few steps, which means it is generally accessible to all people, even though those steps are a little steep.

Hi Linda Foster,InvestorLift is a platform that most Real Estate business people are in and they just do the buying and selling in there.

Telling people it makes a lot of money doesn't mean anything to a real investor.

That takes a lot of time, probably a couple hundred dollars, and there's a good chance they have no evidence to support their claim, whereas you can show pictures or video.Document everything, follow the law, and treat people honestly and fairly.

Found out we were being lied to throughout covid by one of their office people , Kayla, (because we couldn't get hold of Terrance, btw) about our tenant not paying rent. 

It's easy to tell the difference.Too many people think of these forums as a scratchpad for their ideas at the moment, but a one-sentence question is unlikely to get the best answers, and that should be what you are looking for.
