Furthermore the way you have to enter the units via a stair case in front is also less desirable than some of the comps.While my subject property on paper has all the same basic features as some comps, like I said I think the comps are more desirable in the way the garages are placed, and the entrance to the units.So how do I go about puttting a value on this type of thing?

Thanks for your reply.Contractor give me paper for contract, but I noticed he didn't cover all the work we agreed, so I asked him to prepare new papers, he started working,since he had no work and he was paying for his men for nothing, but we never signed any paper so far.also he came 2 days, then didn't come for the last 3 days , what type of agreement clause we should have for such irregularity?

I realize this could just be because this is my first house and feel overwhelmed.Hi Gevin,I'll give you a FEW tips that might help you out.Large contracts may have a table of contents included in them, if so, great, if not just move on (some judges require them in some areas, some do not).How I like to handle LARGE contracts.Keep the original copy of the contract in a file folder filed under the name of the deal.Unbind the contract and make a copy of it on 3 hole punch paper and put it in a binder labeled by the contract name and date, ie Maximillion Concord Construction Contract (02-22-20) with the date being the signature date of the contract.

It's also important to know whether the Realtor was representing you or the seller and whether you had a home inspection.If there are significant defects, you may have a cause to go after the Realtor - especially if there's any sort of paper trail.It would have to be something that the Realtor either knew about or should have known about and did not disclose.
