I recommend selling them as a package of make them contingent on closing on each other if your can swing it.

It provides you with a street address and a mechanism for receiving packages, rent or keys from your tenants without the need for an office.

They also have a data management package that will bring the skiptracing cost down.

Those are usually packaged as commercial loans
