I have a clause in the lease that says the security deposit will be held in so and so bank with so and so address and interest rate will be xyz.

Anything outside of that I’d be weary of, there are lots of scammers out there.

Hi @Garrett Kula - In my opinion, mindset and awareness of why you want what you want is BY FAR THE MOST IMPORTANT thing any one can figure out. 

That being said, before going into any paid mentorship/course, you need a basic level of knowledge.  

Have a lawyer represent them to draft the docs.
