Sure - it sucks having to have one repaired (I've only ever had to pay to have a washer fixed - from what I remember it had a bad switch or sensor) but it generates good money and keeps the tenant happy and is low-cost (even the plumbing job to install a water supply and drain for the washer wasn't too expensive).
