A great way to network and meet people in your local community is to attend in person meet ups.

@Laura Winegardner Depends on the location but Nashville is probably strict.

This was for residential sales.So when I am looking at something along these lines, you have to see if anyone is actually locating this in the target market. 

Sell and buy in a different location.
