Yeah I figure it will take some homework, like everything else, and a lot of legal paperwork but if you find the right people it can make things a whole lot easier.

I took a road less traveled (non-RE) for my profession, but now that the kids are old enough to allow me to have an out-of-the-home hobby, I am launching into local RE.

I used to love heading to the park as a kid and playing hoops.

The owners have already purchased next place near grown kids, 20 miles away, but it's acreage too.
