My father and I are comfortable using tools, and have taken care of some of the work, such as re-attaching gutters, trimming doors, adding downspouts, fixing toilets, etc...

BP folks,When buying new property and trying to estimate property taxes, I know we can look at the county tax assessor website to know the property taxes paid, are there other resources/tools that you use to find the exact property tax percentage and how much it has increased year over year?

You can refinance for the difference in value and use that money as a down payment for an additional investment property (without taking additional money from your income).
