If you could save thousands of dollars a year by purchasing food at WHOLESALE prices, I find it hard to believe you would say you hate that store.

More costs involved since the HML is going to expect a premium for structuring the deal like this, but just food for thought. 

Most people fry food at one time or another.

New employers, current employers expanding, new home developments, apartment complexes, new food/retail centers, etc.

Just food for thought...

Some food for thought on the above message: As a contractor, I would not be too happy giving bids on projects where the client had no intention of buying that home as it would be a waste of my valuable time.

Before dismantling the toilet, put some food dye in the tank wait a few minutes for the color to disperse and then visually inspect the bowl to see if any of the dye is coming thru into the bowl without flushing the toilet, if you see the color in the bowl, time to change the flapper or entire flush assembly.Also, check all the interior and exterior faucets/spigots.
