From what I understand, this isn't technically an income tax but a "community charge" based on income.

There have been multiple break in attempts, one successful on one side.

I think I’m more focused on long term gain, some short term cash flow is nice but I’m not planning to try and live on it or anything.

This bill is misleading as it states it's to help the individual  losing the house by giving them the equity. 

For starters, I partnered with a bad wholesaler/contractor on remodeling a duplex in Indianapolis.
